Agreement
By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
Who can use DriverXL
Adults (18+) legally entitled to work in the UK. Drivers must hold (or be working toward) a valid UK driving licence in the relevant category. Employers must be legitimate UK businesses.
Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login secure. One account per person. Don't share your account. Tell us immediately if your account is compromised.
What drivers can do
Build a profile, store compliance documents, browse and apply for jobs, message employers. Driver accounts are free.
What employers can do
Post jobs, search verified drivers, message applicants, manage applications. Most features require a paid subscription (currently £49/month for Employer Pro).
Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months. Prices can change with 30 days notice.
Acceptable use
Don't post false or misleading information. Don't harass other users. Don't scrape data. Don't try to break the system. Don't impersonate anyone. Don't share content that's illegal, defamatory, or violates someone else's rights.
Verification and accuracy
Compliance documents on DriverXL are self-declared by drivers. Employers should still do their own verification before hiring. DriverXL does not guarantee the accuracy of any data uploaded by users.
DriverXL is a platform, not an employer
We connect drivers with companies hiring. We're not party to any employment contract. Disputes between drivers and employers are between those parties.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with reasonable notice unless the breach is serious.
Liability
DriverXL is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by UK law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost income, missed opportunities, etc.). Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. UK courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
